I prefer to be in the office full time, even during COVID I’d come in 2-3 days a week. I found while I was at home I’d be at my desk earlier and later than my shift as there was no commute, I’d forget to take breaks or eat lunch at odd times. I missed the human contact too, and being able to have discussions in person. I have on-boarded many employees in the last 3 years that if they came up to me today, I’d have no idea who they are. To me, Human Resources needs the human touch.
