I have used a number with different strengths.
I most recently lead an implementation of UKG (amalgamation of Ultimate Software and Kronos) Pro and Ready. I liked the look and easy feel of the system. We used it for payroll, finance allocation, demographics, HR uploads, time & attendance, and paid time off. Employees were easily able to access their T4s and pay statements, and we were just working on ROE access when I left.
Prior to that we had ADP Workforce Now, which was fine but not robust enough for what we needed in time management. We only ever launched payroll.
I’ve also lead a reconfiguration of Quadrant HR, which I loved only because we had full control of all customizations, calculations, etc. We also had an internal team that was responsible for development so the work load was manageable. Not likely for a small team.
