We offer life, dependant life, AD&D, STD, LTD, Health, Dental and Critical Illness all employer paid. The employee is just responsible for the taxable benefit that arises from us paying some of those premiums. We offer EAP and EE/ER pension matching at 5.5%.
We had increased our paramedical under the health portion to $1000 per yer per specialty a few years back which is a favourite for employees!
