I'm working through an advanced Excel course currently--there's always something more to learn or a different way to do things. Looking forward, perhaps diving a bit deeper into HR. Becoming an HR professional isn't a goal (I'll stick to my spreadsheets & data), but having a more thorough understanding of it will help bridge the narrow gaps between Payroll & HR.
