The best boss I ever had has played an integral role in my career growth, she nurtured every aspect of my development from a facilitator to a manager and sought me out when opportunities were available that she thought I would be a good fit for. We have not worked together in a number of years, but has been my biggest cheerleader career wise and continues to support me.
