We have an EAP but it doesn't seem to get much use. As the employer I do not have a window into usage, nor should I! I take every opportunity to remind staff that it exists, and usually get a surprised "Oh, great idea!" kind of response. It seems like an excellent thing, but it's hard to keep it top-of-mind with people.
