The best boss I ever had challenged me in every way in an effort to help me with my development. They led by example and taught me so much about trust, being genuine, being vulnerable. The biggest impact they had on me was to improve my confidence. They helped me with my development plan which included having to go to our Christmas party to help learn how to make small talk and be more comfortable in what I considered uncomfortable situations.
