Working in a positive environment should be incentive enough but encouragement and acknowledgement are wonderful tools to let staff know their contribution has been recognized. Positive feedback, personal acknowledgement of their contribution (find a way to have an in person interaction with them), collaborating with them and giving them the opportunity to take the lead with their ideas, and increased autonomy are also wonderful ways to reward staff for being positive influencers.
