Currently at my organization we are trying to better educate our Managers on the advantages of Diversity in the Workplace. We updated our workplace policies to be a more Inclusive Workplace. We encourage and maintain the importance of treating all employees with respect, we value their contributions, and provide equal opportunities for growth within our company.
