Giving back as a group is always incredibly fulfilling and allows us to pause the daily work to focus on how we can help others. I've seen success in this type of team-building with multiple employers volunteering for Hope Mission, Second Chance Animal Rescue, the Mustard Seed, CIBC Run for the Cure, etc.
