Master Chef

My favourite start-of-day meal is my morning smoothie. I can prep it all ahead of time, so I just throw it in the blender and away I go! My favourite recipe is equal parts strawberries, raspberries, bananas, half an avocado, and low-fat vanilla yogurt. Mix in some pomegranate juice for an anti-oxidant punch, and you are ready to go!
