I work 100% remotely and I know I am not alone in that I find my family thinks that just because I am home, I am always available! While for emergencies, yes this is helpful BUT not when my teenage son is scrambling to get to school and doesn't feel like making lunch that day LOL. It's very hard to separate being a parent, and working at home. While I don't promote lying, I will say my most effective tip is lying about being in meetings so my family is quiet and doesn't bother me HAHA!
